Position Summary

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the whole office facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

§Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the whole office facility.

§Cover for or assist the office representative as required.

§Perform standard office support duties.

§Handle local purchase when required for urgent minimal items.

§Help with or cover for Company representative responsibilities when required.

§Escort Expat personnel when required during the medical exam and/or when needed.

NON-ESSENTIAL

§Assist other departments as required (to pay co. bills, cheque’s deposit, etc.)

§Collect and deliver documents as required.

§Collect and pay bills as required

Additional Information

Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.

Other

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.

Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

§This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship

§This position will directly report to the Country Manager based in Cairo, Egypt.
